Dubai, UAE, 19th May 2016: Arabian Oasis Industries LLC, the largest producer of dished heads in the GCC, recently held its Annual Day at the company premises in Dubai Investment Park. The celebrations, which coincided with the Sports Day 2016, featured group dance and music performances. The sporting spectacle included cricket and volleyball tournaments as well as track and field events.
A highlight of the day was the award ceremony for honouring and appreciating employees for their performance in the year 2015. Apart from that, employees who completed 10 years of service were also given certificates as a token of appreciation for their long-term commitment to the company.
The recipients of the different awards were: Premlal Sasidharan, Flanging Machine Operator (Best Employee – Production); K. Francis, Sales Manager (Outstanding Performance – Staff category); Manjendra Singh, Flanging Machine Operator (Best Employee) and Prem Bahadur Adhikari, Helper (Special Jury Award).
Abdul Kashem , Dishing Machine Operator; Kumar Ranganathan, CNC Cutting Machine Operator; and Rajappan, Production In-charge were recognised for completing 10 years at the company.
The yearly gathering was first introduced in 2012 and since has become very popular among the employees. This year’s function saw the participation of over 85 employees. General Manager, T.V Sugathan and Head of Human Resource, Victor R. Fernandez also attended the event.
